fc26 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using any fc26 services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by fc26 through our website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the fc26 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and fc26 ("platform", "us"). They apply to all users who access the platform, whether as a guest without an account or as a registered member.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use fc26 services. The platform does not accept registrations from individuals below this minimum age requirement. fc26 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account suspected of not meeting this requirement.

2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of fc26 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination without prior notice.

Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. fc26 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close any duplicate accounts identified.

You are solely responsible for:

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
Ensuring no third party accesses or uses your account without authorisation.
Notifying fc26 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Update your account information whenever your personal details change.

Fc26 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their own account credentials.

3. Platform Usage Rules

Fc26 users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable Malaysian law. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or manipulate the platform.
Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt fc26 system functions.
Using the account for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to place bets using your account.
Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
Posting content that is offensive, defamatory, or in violation of the law on the platform.

Fc26 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including freezing funds and reporting to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments, MYR Transactions & Account Policy

All transactions on the fc26 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major local banks listed on the platform.

Deposits: Deposited funds are solely for use on the fc26 platform. fc26 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment providers. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method selected.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to user identity verification. fc26 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before processing withdrawals for compliance purposes.

Suspended or Closed Account Policy: fc26 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

Suspicious activity indicating fraud or unauthorised access has been detected.
The user has breached any term set out in this document.
Users found to have provided false information during registration.
Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Funds in accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be eligible for refund. For closures arising from other reasons, the refund process will follow fc26's internal procedures.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The fc26 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fc26 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

Fc26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of opportunity, or business interruption, even if fc26 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fc26 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of fc26 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from fc26.

Third-Party Links

The fc26 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. fc26 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact Us

Changes to These Terms

Fc26 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the fc26 platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless both parties have agreed to an alternative dispute resolution method.
